L. Storm died 17 Feb 1923 at home near Princeton, KY and was buried in the family cemetery near his home. He was born 6 March 1842 in Trigg County, on a farm. He fought for the Confederacy, enlisting with Bringham's Company in Wallonia;captured at Fort Donelson and sent to Indianapolis prison; exchanged near Vicksburg, MS, where he enlisted with Forrest's Cavalry and served to the end of the war; wounded in the left leg at Duck River; captured at Selma, AL April 1865 and sent to Columbus, GA, where he was paroled.
