MARADY PRICE, heir at Law to JOHN PRICE, SENR.., and ELLENOR BROWN, do declare and depose that on December the 20th 1745, the said JOHN PRICE being very sick and weak but of sound sence and memory did pronounce these words following concerning his Temporal Estate.
First to JOHN FURTH the said JOHN PRICE gave Negroe man and a peice of land called BACCASES. and his Son. WILLIAM. to take care of the said JOHN PANTLE, and to his Son MARADY he gave Negroe Moll and Bob and a peice of land called the WOLF TRAP RUN and to my Son, WILLIAM, I give Negroe Tom and Basco and the land whereon I now live and a peice of Land I bought of FRANCIS JAMES, and to my Daughter. MARTHA. one Negroe and the said JOHN PRICE departed this life without saying any more words on the 21st of December at night. MARYDY PRICE

This Last Will nuncupative of JOHN PRICE, deced., was presented into Court by MARADY PRICE and WILLIAM PRICE. (two of the said Decdts. Sons) who made Oath thereto is admitted to Record; And upon the motion of the said MARADY and WILLIAM and their performing what is usual in such cases. Certificate is granted them for obtaining Letters of Administration with the said Will annexed in due form

Marady Price heir at law of John Price & Ellenor Brown being sick but of sound mind and memory made verbal will. Said John left John Purtle to his son William Price and to have a negro man and a piece of land called Baccases; to his son Marady Price he gave negroes Moll & Bob and land called Wolf Trap Run; to son William the negroes Tom and Basco and "land whereon I live"; to dau. Martha 1 negro.
