Acquisition of Land from Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants:
- M-20: John Parke of Hampshire County, 250 acres on Cacephon in said County. Surv. Mr. George Washington. 18 Aug. 1762. [Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, 1742-1775, Vol. 2, Gertrude E. Gray, pg. 143].
- P-86: John Parke of Hampshire County son & Heir at Law of John Parke dec'd, 182 acres on head of Thomas Edward's Mill Branch of Cacapehon in said County reserving unto Mary Davis widow of John Parke dec'd 1/3 during her life and after her decease whole to John Parke.
