John moved to Hopkins Co. KY in later life. On 24 Nov 1838 George T. Winstead made an oath for John stating he would not sell his 12 slaves and that he planned to emmigrate to Hopkins Co., KY in 1839.

Per 26 Jul 1994 letter from Marsha Greenwood John Morrow was a hatter and farmer. In 1840 he went to what is now Webster Co., KY. In 1850 moved to Hopkins Co., KY. This letter cites that John was Irish and Mary was English, but no sources were mentioned.
