To my beloved brother Goodrich Lightfoot Junr. two Negroes, one a woman named Bess, the other a man named Dalphin, and I give him all my wareing cloaths.
I give my beloved sister Mary Lightfoot one Negro woman named Janey.
To my beloved brother William Lightfoot one Negro man named Tanyeard and I give him all the tract of land and plantation whereon I now live together with all the stock of joggs and cattle.
To my beloved sister Elizabeth Lightfoot two Negro children named Sarah and Peter.
To my hon[ord]d father Goodrich Lightfoot Senr. two tracts of land lying in Orange County, the one being the tract of land I purchased from Charles Stevens on Permunkey River and the other lying in the little or south fork of Rappadan River to sell or dispose of as he shall think proper, he paying for the two new Negroes I bought of Colo. william Beverley and Mr. James Garnett. I also give him my gun. I also give him four hundred acres of land more, it lying ajoyning to the land mentioned before in the fork of the Rappadan. I also give him two horses call[e]d Old Blaze and Wanton.
To Mrs. Martha Chew one young gray natural pacing horse colt.
I do appoint my hon[ore]d father Goodrich Lightfoot my hole and sole executor to deliver the said legacies above mentioned when my brothers and sisters comes to age or maries and also give my father all and aney part of my estate that I have not mentioned.
