He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Wilkes-Barre, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society. He had resided for many years with his daughter, Mrs. Patrick Cunningham, at 22 Spruce St., having formerly lived on Leslie Lane. He was survived by the following children: Edward, of Easton; Mrs. Patrick Cunningham, Mrs. Catherine Engel, Mrs. Oscar Frederick. Mrs. Nellie Evans, Mrs. Ralph Pickwell, and John, Charles and William Leslie, as well as thirty-seven grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
