Unto my son John Latham part of that tract whereon I now live, viz., all that part above my spring branch and a south line from my said spring to Samuel Parkes his line. Tha other part or remainder below my spring branch including the plantation whereon I now live to my son Robert Latham.
Unto my son Thomas Latham an entry of land with right paid therefor, lying at the Great Mountains, allowing as much out of my personal estate as shall be expended in patenting the said lands to my said two sons Thomas and Dickie.
Unto my daughter Eliza. Latham a parcel of land lying between Samuel Parks, Calem Price and George Dillard's land containing about 80 acres.
Unto my said daughter Eliza. one Negro boy Davie and girl Alis.
Unto my son John Latham one Negro boy Tom and girl Hannah.
Unto my son Thomas Latham two Negro boys Harry and Exeter.
Unto my son Dickie Latham one Negro man Peter.

29 Aug. 1746. Proved by Robert Eastham, Anne Hawkins and Margaret Bridges. Elizabeth Latham refused to take the burthen of the execution. John Latham being under the age of seventeen years, on the motion of Robert Eastham certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration during the minority of John, with James Pendleton and Charles Dewitt his securities.
