Will Transcript
- Will of John Kinkead of Pencader Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware, deceased, will probated February 16, 1760.
- In the name of God, Amen, I, John Kinkead of Pencader Hundred, in the County of New Castle upon Delaware being sick and weak in body but of sound and disposing mind, memory, do constitute and ordain this my last Will & Testament as follow viz:
- To my brother, James I give & bequeath my cow and 5 sheep. And to my brother James I also give & bequeath, devise & confirm my plantation and tract of land in Pencader Hundred aforesaid to be satisfied and enjoyed by him, his heirs and assigns forever, intending always that my mother Sarah shall have the sole benefits, ?, & profits of the land during her natural life.
- Lastly, I constitute and appoint my father, Wm. Kinkead sole executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, ratifying & confirming this and only this for my last Will & Testament.
- In witness there of I have hereunto set my hand & seal.
