-John James of [burn] Cordwinder and Ann for £15 to my brother William James of [burn] said colony blacksmith 90 acres land [partly] in Kingstown & partly in Westerly the said 90 acres being a Quater [of t]he whole track of 360 acres land [burn] honoured father William James purchased of Hen[burn] Kingstown and in his last will and testam[ent] [burn] bequeath the whole track of 360 acres in equal divisions amongst 4 of his sons.
