[In 1712 this John Hall purchased 200 acres of tract A20, which is on a point of land west of Craddockville, from Joseph and Agnis Milby. John died in 1725 and left this land to Obiddiah Vandegruht, son of Matthew. In 1744 Obediah Vandegraugh died intestate, leaving a widow Elizabeth who married Henry Martin. In 1756 the Martins sold to Henry Clark and he and his wife Sarah resold to Thomas Hall (the son of this John Hall's brother Thomas), who in 1775 left the plantation called Sambo's to daughter Tabitha, who married William Read.]
