I believe it was John Greer, Jr. who married 1st Sarah Elliott and had children Aquilla (1737) and John (1740). I also believe he was the one misbehaving with Chloe Jones.
After Sarah Elliott Greer died (no dates), he married Nancy Ann (Nanny) Walker?
John died in Wilkes Co., NC in 1782 where he left a will naming his wife as "Nanny" and children Aquilla, John, Benjamin, Joshua, Ann, Rachel, Jesse, Hannah and Sarah.
I descend from two of Benjamin's sons - Jesse and David.
