A John Fluty and two other boys were indicted on two charges of theft on July 10, 1765. John was ordered to be deported from England. On Friday October 4, 1765, The "Justitia" with John aboard , sailed from Downs (which is near Deal, in Kent, Engalnd) to Virginia. By about 1775 he was with Daniel Boone at Fort Boonsboro, Kentucky. His name is inscribed on the Fort Boonesboro Monument. John is found on the 1800 and 1810 Clark Co., Ky census. He is also on the 1800 Clark Co. tax records
