In the Name of God Amen I John Creswell the younger Currier of Stourbridge in the Parish of Old Swinford in the County of Worcester being in perfect health and a sound memory do this twenty fourth day of October in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and fifty make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) Imprimis I give to my Nephew John Owen Son of my Eldest Sister Ann Owen my Silver Watch Item I give to my Sister Mary Gill five Guineas to buy a Watch which I desire her would keep for my sake Item I give to my Uncle Benjamin Creswell all my Wearing Apparel desiring he would give one Suit of Cloaths to my Uncle Joseph Creswell or his Son Henry Creswell Item I give to Edward Turner One Guinea All the rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels and Estates both Real and Personal of what nature or kindsoever I give and bequeath to my honoured Father John Creswell the Elder for him and his Heirs for ever I mean for him to dispose of in what manner he pleases and I make and ordain my Honoured Father John Creswell the Elder Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness hereof I the said John Creswell the younger have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year abovewritten John Creswell Sign’d Sealed and deliver’d by the said John Creswell the younger as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who were present at the Signing and Sealing thereof Tho: Caddick, John Dugard, Tho’s Cliffton
