It is therefore uncertain if he actually belongs to this family.

Aside from including Asa as a son Prentiss Glazier includes Daniel⁵, b. About 1781, Woodstock, Windham Co., CT. Perhaps a son according to Prentiss Glazier, who perhaps “linked” with brother Roswell at Craftsbury, VT. Married Isabel Upham? In 1810, he was probably the Daniel Chamberlin living in Craftsbury, Orleans Co., VT, heading a family of 013-011 (1 male between the ages of 10 and 16 years, 3 males between the ages of 16 and 26 years, 1 female between the ages of 10 and 16 years, 1 female between the ages of 16 and 26 years). "Danl." Not found in the later censuses. Vermont, Vital Records, 1720-1908 shows that Daniel Chamberlin married 23 Oct 1807 Craftsbury, Orleans, Vermont to Isabella Upham and lists Woodstock on the bottom of the record. They had a young male living with them in the 1810 census. He died 25 Sep 1812 Craftsbury, Orleans, Vermont [Vermont: Births, Marriages and Deaths, 1700-2008 5050]. His wife was born 27 Dec 1790 in Craftbury and died 2 Feb 1857 in New Brunswick daughter of Jabez and Bethiah (Cutler) Upham [Upham Genealogy]. She is buried in Saint Peters Anglican Church Cemetery, Upham, Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada Find A Grave Memorial# 159926935. Vermont, Vital Records, 1720-1908 lists the death of "a child of Daniel Chamberlin" in Craftsbury on 17 Jul 1810. This child is doubtless identical to the male listed in the 1810 census. This line is likely extinct.
