In 1938:- Other children are Henry, Viola, Loyde, Irving and Thelma. Henry and Viola are married and live in Standish. Howard and Irving both work there too. (Loyde is dead and so is his mother. Both died four years ago with Strep Throat, within 3 weeks of each other.) Thema is with me (Nellie Beach) and looks on to me as a mother. She is 18 years old. Walter lives on the old place.
