John Blair of that ilk, who succeeded, and married Margaret, daughter of _____ Cunninghame of ______, and, upon his father’s resignation, got a charter under the great seal, Johanni Blair, apparenti de eodem, et Margareta Cunninghame ejus sponsa, terrarium de Tunybankhead, Blairardoch, etc. in Ayrshire, dated 23rd Novermber 1546.
He did not long survive his father, but died in the beginning of the reign of James VI. And left a son and heir, John Blair XI.
