Wife: Susanna; sons: Elisha & Samuel; daughters: Elizabeth Willcox, Susanna Sunderlin (wife of Joseph), Deborah Baker, Mary Baker (wife of Giles Brownell) & Sarah Baker. John's will was written and signed 2 Sep. 1757. He refers to himself as a yeoman. His "loveing wife" Susannah and son Samuel are "joyntly" named as executrix and executor. He gives to "my lov---son" Samuel Baker, one hundred pounds and to son Elisha Baker, ten shillings. To daughter Elizabeth Wilcox, sixty pounds and to daughter Susannah Sunderlin, "my Skunk House." He orders his house and land to be sold, debts and bequests paid, and the remainder of the estate to be equally divided between "my loving wife" and three daughters, Deborah Baker, Mary Baker, Sarah Baker. The Will was probated at Exeter on 29 Sep. 1757.
