ABSTRACT OF WILL: He bequeathed to his two sons, Eli Mummert and John Mummert, all his house and kitchen furniture, stock, farming utensils, grain in the ground and all his personal property of whatsoever nature or kind. He bequeatheed unto his two sons, Eli and John, their heirs and assigns, all his plantation or tract of land, which was in Dover Twp. and consisted of 189 acres, in two separate tracts. In consideration of his requests, Eli and John shall keep, and provide suitable boarding, clothing and all other necessaries for his beloved wife Susan during her natural life, and also to live with them, in the house we now occupy. Eli and John were to also take care of her if she bacame ill. He left his son, George, $500. He left his daughter, Eizabeth, $100. He left his daughter Sarah, innermarried with Michael Becker, the sum of $50. He left his daughter Susan, innermarried with Eli Overdeer, the sum of $50. He left his daughter Rebecca, innermarried with Abraham Senft, the sum of $50. His son Eli and nepehw Emanuel were to be executors.
