To wife not named, all estate during life, and at her death to be equally divided among children, Adam, the first born December'd. whose children shall take his share, and daus Elisabetha, Magdalena, Catharina, Maria Catharina, Anna Maria, Anna Christina, Ephrosina, Siwilla, Susanna, and Eva. Exr: son in law Matheus MULLER. Wit: Ludwig FISCHER, George WENGER, Stephen LEINNER. Translation.

Notes: Michael, Sr. was a lawyer in Messenbach. He died during the crossing in 1710. His son Michael, Jr., (b. April 17, 1699, Messenbach) married (Elizabeth) Catharine Lauck (b.1696, Wallau, Weissbaden, Hesse-Nassau)and they lived in Taarboss, Sullivan Co., NY for awhile before settling in Heidelberg Twp. in the Tulpehocken Region of Berks Co., PA in 1724. Michael, Jr. died 16 AUG 1772 and his wife died 18 MAY 1784. Michael Jr. had been naturalized in 1715 in Ulster Co. NY. He and his wife's brother contriubted land for the building of Eck (St. Daniel's) Church in Heidelberg Twp. Son, Adam, was born 1718 in Taarboss, NY.
