  1. As cited on Isaac Kilburn's page, Joanna's husband, and later herself after he died, were administrators of Mary Blake of Newbury, presumably her mother, though no details are found in the probate file, and the identity of her father has not been determined. The only appropriate Joanna Blake found is b. 1721 in Newbury to Jonathan and Mary (Ordway), but it looks like this mother named Mary died (unless you ignore common thinking and propose a different Jonathan Blake married Joanna Fosdick). No probate for Jonathan Blake has been found, and the deeds executed by Jonathan don't provide any information about his wife or children. Source:Blake, Carlton E. Descendants of Jasper Blake, 1649-1979, p. 269 (must be checked out from digital library), says Jonathan's daughter Joanna married 1741 Nathaniel Bussell, but no evidence has been found to identify that bride as Jonathan's daughter. The marriage of Joanna Blake to Aaron Clark in 1741 identifies Joanna as of Ipswich. The above source does not mention Aaron Clark or Isaac Kilburn nor any Blake family living in Ipswich that would appear to be of interest.
