Vol. 73, p. 465 11 Jan 1776: Obadiah Groce of Lancaster Housewright [also signed by Lucy Groce "his wife"] for £120 conveys to Aaron Kilburn, Jacob Kilburn, John Kilburn & Isaac Kilburn all of Lancaster about 7 1/2 acres in Lancaster Second Precinct [later Sterling] with all the buildings thereon.
Vol. 104, p. 583 14 May 1777: Jacob Kilborn of Lancaster Yeoman for £40 conveys his share to Aaron Kilburn & John Kilburn both of Lancaster Yeomen.
Vol. 82, p. 260 18 Oct 1777: Aaron & John Kilburn both of Lancaster Labourers for £150 convey to William Harris of Lancaster Gentleman about 7 1/2 acres in Lancaster second Precinct near the meeting house with buildings thereon.
[Note: joint ownership of this property is presumed to show these are brothers. Their brother Isaac died about this time, as on 9 Sep 1778 Joanna Kilburn was granted administration of her late son Isaac Kilburn late of Lancaster (Worcester Probate 35041 but the probate file offers no further details). No deed is found transferring his share prior to the sale by Aaron and John in Oct 1777, but presumably like Jacob, he sold his interest, as inheritance would spread his share across all the siblings, not just those two.]
