VANDER KOOI (Artesia)

Funeral services for Jessie Vander Kooi, 67, of 18523 S. Clarkdale St. will be at 10:30 a. m. Friday in Christian Reform Church in Artesia. Rev. K. E. F. J. De Waal Malefytv of Artesia Christian Reformed Church, assisted by Rev. Henry Demots of First Christian Reform Church of Bellflower and Rev. John Hallebeelt of Third Christian Reform Church of Bellflower, will officiate. Interment is to be in Artesia Cemetery. She came to this community six years ago from Edgerton, Minn., and was a member of the senior group of the Ladies Aid. Surviving are the widower, William; five daughters, Mrs. Cora Romkema, of Springfield, S.D.; Mrs. Agnes Zylstra of Norwalk; Mrs. Josephine Rysdon, Long Beach; Mrs. Willemina Felkema, Artesia, and Mrs. Ruth DeVries of Bellflower; three sons, Charles, of Norwalk; Ben, Luverne, Minn., and Peter of Buena Park; a sister and two brothers In The Netherlands; a brother in Sheldon, Iowa, and 18 grandchildren.
