Jessie Eliza MILNE born 19aug1841, in Barony parish. Scottish Archives have the will registered of Jessie Eliza MILNE, 250 Renfrew St., Glasgow, who died 16dec1882 at Glasgow. In 1881 Jessie Eliza Milne (b. 1843 Glasgow) was a nurse at Royal Infirmary, Castle St., Glasgow (census). David Bell (1792-1863) drew up his will 11jan1860 at Glasgow adding Codicils on 1mar1861 and 11apr1862. Beneficiaries were, among others: Mrs. Agnes Bell or Milne, his sister, Agnes Le Neve her eldest daughter, Jessie and Margaret Milne her youngest daughters.
