There is also a monogram of Jerome's initials at the top, although the "F" is hard to see." Notes taken from letter dated June 25, 2004 from Ellen Fogleman Whitworth to Elvin Fogleman, a descendant of John S. Fogleman, father of Jerome.

Two other children: vi. SARAH ELIZABETH FOGLEMAN, b. 13 Mar 1875; d. 23 Aug 1875. An inscription on the gravestone appears to read: "Sarah Elizabeth Infant Dau. of J.G. & S.A. "Not lost, blest thought, / But gone before / Where we shall meet / To part no more." Juliann died more than a year after her father and baby sister.
