Contrary to many Ancestry.com family trees, tax records reveal that Lurannah (Chenoweth) Wilson's husband, Zachariah, was the son of Jeremiah Wilson (1746-1844) and a brother of Daniel Wilson (1765-1832). Daniel Wilson was the husband of Anne Chenoweth (1752-1808), a sister of Lurannah Chenoweth's father Isaac Chenoweth. Additionally,our research conclusively determined that Lurannah's husband was not the Zachariah Wilson married to a Catherine Pickett of Caroline County, Virginia, as shown on many Ancestry family trees.
