20/1/1872, that rend for room & kitchen in 6 Prospect St. was 7 10s pa and 9 19s for 2 rooms. 8/10/1881 shop and house at 7 Prospect St. 18/2/1885 advertised a small dairy/greengrocer and room at 5 Prospect Street. 23/10/1886 properties in 9 Prospect Street put up for sale by Couper &Cook, 37 George St., Edinburgh. 1891 Census Beff Bldgs Block B 10/1895 lived at 44 Glover St. 3/1/1918 died in 8 Cunningham Place
