Jehu H. Hawkins to Jonas E. Hawkins}

    This indenture with estate that Jehu H. Hawkins and Amanda Hawkins his wife of Hamilton County in the State of Indiana convey and quit claim to Jonas E Hawkins of Tipton County in the State of Indiana for the sum of one thousand dollars the following real estate in Tipton County in the State of Indiana to wit.

    The North half of the Southeast quarter and the south half of the Northeast quarter of section 11 in Township 22 N. of Range 4 E. containing 160 acres more for less.

    In witness when the said Jehu H. Hawkins and Amindia Hawkins his wife have here we have set their hands and seal this 28th day of December 1891.
