Published: Jul 29, 2004 PARKS Jeannette "Jean" M ------ Jeannette M "Jean" Parks, age 63, of Bowling Green OH, passed away Tuesda y, July 27, 2004, at her residence with her loving family at her bedsid e. Jean was born on December 17, 1940, in Bradner OH, the daughter of Mar vin and Helen (Molter) Shultz. She married Wayne L Parks on August 7, 196 5, in Bowling Green OH. Mrs. Parks was a secretary for Marathon Special P roducts in Bowling Green and also at the Wood CO Health Department in t he area of Vital Statistics, and most recently, a secretary at St. Paul 's Episcopal Church in Maumee OH, where she retired in 1989. She was a fo rmer member of Indian Hill Boat Club and a member of St. James Lutheran Ch urch in Bradner OH. She was co-treasurer of the Foxgate Condo Assn., a nd a member of the clubhouse-social committee and newsletter committee. S he enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with her daughter and gran dchildren. Surviving are her loving daughter, Kelly Asmussen of Plymouth MI; siste r, Beverly (Richard) Thompson of Watauga, Texas; grandchildren, Tanya a nd John "J.J" Asmussen of Plymouth MI; 5 nephews and many dear friends. S he was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne on December 2, 199 4, and her parents. Friends may call on Thursday, July 29, 2004, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at t he Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, 218 East Wooster St., Bowling Green OH. Fu neral services from the funeral home on Friday, July 30, 2004, at 11 a. m. with Rev. Dave Bliss officiating. Interment will be in the Plain Townsh ip Cemetery.
