!BIRTH-CHRISTENING-RESIDENCES-PARENTS-MARRIAGE-CHILD-DEATH: E-mail message from Dennis FITZGERALD on 18 Jan 1998 (XPPNO5D@prodigy.com). I had written him about a Pedigree Chart for Madeleine THERIOT in ACADIAN GENEALOGY EXCHANGE. He says that Stephen A. White wrote him that Marguerite BOURGEOIS, daughter of Pierre & Marie-Francoise CORMIER, married around 1749 in Beaubassin, Acadia to Jean-Baptiste THERIOT, son of Jean & Madeline BOURG; daughter Madeline THERIOT. The THERIOT family had moved to Beaubassin in 1744, were deported to SC in 1755. Jean Baptiste died by Aug 1763, when a list there showed his widow with two children.
