Will Abstract
- Will of Jane McClure
- 1st. Names sister Margaret Lackies children to get "one hundred pounds to be equally divided among them to them their heirs and assigns forever".
- 2nd. "I give and bequeath to my Brothers Dauter and Dauter to John Johnson dec'd. and wife one to me unknown and also dec'd. to her child if she comes to the age of maturity thirty pounds to her and her heirs forever. But if she, should die in infancy in that case it to return into the hands of my Exrs. to be divided as follows".
- 3rd. "the Balance of my Estate after my maintenance my funeral expenses I direct to be equally divided between Isaac McClure & David McClure to them and their heirs forever with the above legacy left to the orfin child of Jean Jonston dec'd. if she dies in nonage [?].
- And Lastly I nominate David McClure Exr. of this my last will & Testament.
- In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of February 1817.
