The basis for this estimated death (before 1762) is needed and is not obvious (will of sibling?), as at the time this note was written, there are no marriages indicated for Jane (a situation that is about to be rectified). Since Jane is known to have married, there is not much reason to think this death estimate credible, since determining a death date would probably require being aware of her marriages. No death record has been found, though Samuel Allen's wife was named in his 1736 will.
