County of Lewis
This day came before me W.G. Watson, Clerk of the County in and for said County [sic???..State], Joseph Derringer administrator of the estate of Jane Morrow dec'd and makes oath that the dec'd died leaving the following named persons as her heirs.. Mary English, Benjamin Morrow, Nancy Downing, Elias Morrow, Jane C. Derringer all of whom reside in Lewis County Missouri and Rachael Wade, Penelope Blair, John Morrow all of whom reside in the State of Tennessee that said dec'd died without a will, that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the dec'd and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the Law direct and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge subscribed & sworn to before me this 26th of August 1850.
