1 Mar 1997: Per data rec'd by Charles Reed from Thomas W Jones in his letter dated 20 May 1996: Hannah's children were: James Wright married Mary Ray; William Wright married Mary, his will dated 1 May 1821 Clarke Co Ga; John Wright married 2nd Alcea Langston; Sarah Wright married Johnston Clark; George Wright married Sarah Bridges; Hannah Wright or McCarty married Mr Walker per her mother's will; Nancy McCarty married Mr Stokes; Cornelius McCarty of Jackson Co Ga drew 2 blanks in 1805 land lottery. James Wright b probably before 1760, judging from his children's ages. He married Mary Ray, daughter of George Ray. James' will dated 6 Apr 1802 was proved in Columbia Co Ga on 10 Apr 1802. The names of his children match those of the grandchildren specified in his mother's will.
