Will of James Tiffany

In the name of God Amen; the twentieth-eighth day of June 1732.
I James Tifiny of the Town of Attleborough in the County of Bristol in his Majesties province of the Massachusetts Bay....

Imprimis: I give and bequeath to Elizabeth my dearly beloved wife, accordin as the laws of our province hath provided that is to say the income of the third part of my estate: together with the use of any Room in my dwelling house.

And I do constitute make and ordain Elizabeth my dearly beloved wife together with my Son John Tifinye both joyntly to be executrix and executor of this my last will and Testament.

Item. I give to my well beloved son Joseph Tifinie ten Shillings.
Item. I give to my well beloved Son James Tifinye the sum of ten shillings.
Item. I give unto my well beloved son Samuel Tifinie the sum of ten shillings: the Reason why I give unto these my Sons no more of my estate now is becaus they had the greater part of their portion before.
Item. I give unto my well beloved Son Benjamin Tifinye A hundred Acres of land in Ashford in the Colony of Connecticut.
Item. I give unto my daughter Elizabeth's Children the sum of five pound six Shillings and eight pence
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Anne the sum of four pounds
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Rebecca, the sum of six pounds
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Sarah, the sum of six pounds
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Mary, the sum of six pounds
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Martha, the sum of five pounds
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Lidia, the sum of three pounds
Item. I give unto my well beloved daughter Bathsheba, the sum of five pounds
Item. I do hereby give unto my well beloved sons John Tifinye and Noah Tifinye all my estate equal for quantity and quality for them to enjoy forever
Item. I give unto my daughters Kesiah and Aletheah the sum of thirty pounds each of them, obliging my two younger sons to pay out all their Legacy's att the term of years when my youngest son is three and twenty years old.....
