North Carolina), Greetings: Know ye that.. love and affection I have unto my beloved brother, James Terrell, in Saint Margaret's Parish in the County of Caroline, have granted one tract of land, 300 acres, in the first fork of the Rappadan River in St. George's Parish, County of Orange, and bounded as follows... feet of one of the Lost Mountains.. Memo - that within the bounds which I have mentioned enclosing the land I have given my brother, James, there is 100 acres which I have sold to Mr. Wm. Southwork, which with the boundary of the pattent contains 400 acres, now the said Southwork hath his land taken in manner and form following..
