Disambiguation

Some researchers have mistakenly combined James Strode with his brother Amos Strode on some Ancestry Member Trees as "James Amos Strode", marrying both Jane McClung and Elizabeth Ray. Census and marriage records prove that this is in error and they were two different persons. James Strode did marry Elizabeth Ray in 1816 (Kentucky Marriage Records).
