This Indenture made the ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and six between Collin McKinney and Rebecca his wife of Washington County in the State of Virginia of the one part and James McKinney of the county and state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesses That the said Collin McKinney and Rebecca his wife for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred & seventy five dollars current money of the United States to them in hand paid hath granted bargained sold & by these presents doth grant bargain & sell to the said James McKinney and his heirs one certain tract or parcel of land containing sixty acres lying and being in the County of Washington near to and on the South Westside of Cedar Creek the waters of the middle fork of Holstein river being part of the tract whereon the said Collin McKinney now lives and bounded as followeth... Begining at two White Oaks corner to Robert White and runing with said Whites line south ten degrees East one hundred and forty two poles to a Walnut where Joshua Burk corners thence with Collin McKinney's old Patent line North eighty four degrees East sixty eight and one half poles to a stake on said line thence leaving Mckinney's line North ten degrees West one hundred & thirty nine poles to a stake in a line of Samuel Scotts and with Scotts line South eighty nine degrees West seventy poles to the Begining... With all its appurtenences unto the said James McKinney and his heirs against the claims of all persons whosoever shall warrant and will forever defend...
In Witness whereof the said Collin McKinney and Rebecca his wife has hereunto set their hands and seals the day first above mentioned.

At a Court held for Washington County the 16th day of September 1806.
This Indenture of bargain and Sale was acknowledged in Court by the within named Collin McCinne and Rebecca his wife she having been first prively examined as the Law directs and ordered to be recorded.
