1911 Census states he immigrated to Canada in 1895, however, Herbert John was born in Canada 1890?

Stephen's son, James Norris Luxon, was with the family through the 1881 census, when they were in London. Here he married Emma Elizabeth Mansfield in 1882. The name is so common that her parents could not accurately be traced. James is listed as a zinc worker in 1881, and as a master plumber on the birth certificate of Ernest (1888). They had three children in London and then moved to Hamilton Ontario, Canada and had three more. Emma died in 1910 and the 1911 Census identified a second wife as Tilly.
