Will of James Luppo (Lupo) In the Name of God, Amen, I James Luppo of the Isle of Wight County b eing sick in body but of good and perfect memory thanks be to Almighty G od and Calling to Remembrance the uncertain estate of this transitory l ife and that all life must yield unto death when it shall please God to c all do make ordian and declare my last will and testament in manner and f orm following.

In the first and principal place I give and commit my Soul unto Alm ighty God my savior and redeemer in whom and by the mercies of Jesus Ch rist I seek and believe to have full redemption and forgiveness of my s ins at the General Day of Salvation and my Body to be decently interred a fter the manner of Christian Burial. As the Disposition of my heretofor e named and for what worldly goods it hath pleased Almighty God to poss ess me of after all my just debts and funeral charges be payed I give b equeath and dispose of as followeth. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Phillip Luppo a pair of old pistols a nd houlster and a skillet, a young steer Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Lilbourne a young steer Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Anne Bedgood a sow Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Luppo a cow and the feath er bed and furniture that she now lives in Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Bidgood a young heif fer Item: I give and bequeath to my son John Luppo my Gun and Sword and my y oung mare and a young heiffer when he comes to the age of sixteen years . Item: I give and bequeath to my loving wife Sarah all the Residue and R emainder of my Estate during her natural life and after her decease I g ive and bequeath unto my son John Luppo and do make her my said loving w ife whole and sole Executor of this my last will and testament in testi mony of which I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 26 of April 171 2.
