The record at the Plainfield Friends site gives his name as Jeremy but does say the records were very hard to read. The record of the Essex Co, NJ Quakers at ancestry.com gives his name as James. Both have the same birthdate. The Friends records spell his last name Jacson (without the k) and the Essex Co records spell it Jackson.
