- Wife Frances land in Richmond Co. bought of James Ball;
- Sons: Joseph Ball Downman, Rawleigh William Downman (plantation called Windsor Forest in Stafford Co.) also my silver coffee pot which I gave him in lieu of a two handled cup given him by his grandmother Frances Ball, decd. Plantation in Stafford and another in Fauquier to Joseph Ball Downman.
