I spent yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at the Solothurn State Archive Bureau and worked with a helpful gentleman named, Jiri Osecky, who assisted me in finding records for our Ancestors, the Schluep Family from Balm bei Messen, Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland.
