Will of "Jacob Perkins"", dated 10 Nov 1705, proved 3 Dec 1705, names "my son Jacob John and Elisabeth" a house "lying north of my Brother Perkins land" but if Jacob and John pay Elizabeth "at the age of eighteen years" they to have it all, else Brother Matthew Perkins and Thomas Goodwell to set off one third to daughter Elizabeth, "wife Sara: and her Children as namely Elisha and Sery Mery Hannah and judy", but if Elisha pay his four sisters he to enjoy it all.
