    Jacob E. Hobson, aged 79, residing on State Road No. 9, died at 9 o'clock Monday night after an illness of pneumonia.

    Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Harriett; four sons, Joseph, Jacob Oscar and Edward; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lafe and Walter Hobson, of St. Joe Township.
