NOT to be confused with Jacob Bumgardner (1795-1875) of Massac County, Ill & Lawrence County, OH who married Edith Davvison or Jacob Bumgardner (abt. 1791-bef. 1870) of Scott, Russell & Wythe Co., VA & Blount Co., TN who married 1st, Rebecca Patterson 1812 in Augusta Co., VA and 2nd, Margaret "Peggy" Moyer 4 May 1818 in Wythe Co., VA.
