    24 Feb 1790: Parcel of 15 acres in Berlin. Children have received their share of land in his lifetime except Beulah the wife of Nathaniel Longley, will not admit of a division, and only son declined to take it so settled on Nathaniel Longley for his wife's share plus expenses of entertaining the committee. Division of personal estate of Jabez Fairbank & Hepzibah his Wife both deceased, to Ephraim the only son for his double share, to heirs of Sarah Sawyer deceased, to heirs of Elisabeth Edwards deceased, to Dinah the wife of Jesse Bush, to Beulah the wife of Nathaniel Longly, to Eunice the Wife of Stephen Greenleaf.
