Born March 3, 1891 in Toledo, Ohio, Member of Wesley Methodist Church, American Medical Society, Multnomah County Medical Society and Alpha Kappa Kappa Medical Society. Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home in Milton-Freewater in charge of the arrangements. Article published the next day says that burial to be in the Milton-Freewater Cemetery.
