Watson) Stanley, John, Florence (Mrs. N.Bice) George, Phyllis (Mrs. E. Chandler) and Esma Aged 53 years. Peace perfect peace.
- ↑ Lock - A wide circle offriends in Bendigo and Eaglehawk regretted to learn of the death of Mrs. 1sabella Lock wife of Mr. Thomas Samuel Lock of Derwent Gully in a private hospital Bendigo on Thursday morning after a brief illness at the early age of 53 years. Deceased was the daughter of the late Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Eleanor Henderson of Eaglehawk. Mrs. Lock had lived for the past 35 years in Derwent Gully. With a great fund of humor, she was extremely popular with all
sections of the community, and always ready to give a helping hand. she is survived by her husband; five sons and six daughters, who mourn the loss of a devoted mother. The funeral on Saturday to Bendigo cemetery wasa largely attended by relatives and friends. The casket was carried to the grave by Messrs: T Lock, R. Lock, S. Lock, J. Lock, G.Lock (sons) R.Henderson (brother). The pall bearers were Messrs: N. Bice, J. Harrowfield; F. Waton, T.Henderson, G.Henderson, W.Chandler and J. Henderson. The Rev. R. Scott officiated Mr. Wm. Farmer carried out the arrangements.
