  BOUNTIFUL- Irene Agnes Pearce Burgoyne, age 86 of Bountiful, died July 2,

1981 at a Bountiful convalescent center.

  Born July 27, 1894 at Montpelier, Idaho, to Charles R. and Agnes Hogensen

Pearce. Married Elmer S. Burgoyne May 23, 1917 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died January 9, 1974. Formerly served as ward Primary president, ward MIA president, ward organist, stake MIA secretary, and on the Primary board.

  Surviving: daughter, Mrs. T.J. (Maxine) Laser, Kaysville, Utah;  son Charles

E. Burgoyne Bountiful; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers: Nettie Pearce, Montpelier, Idaho; Mrs. C.R. (Jenny) Sorensen, Farmington, Utah; Mrs. J. Vernon (Ruth) Peterson, and R. Norman Pearce, both of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by two sons and one daughter.

  Funeral services will be held Monday, July 6, ll:00 a.m., in the Orchard

Stake Center, 3599 South Orchard Drive, Bountiful. Friends may call at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, Sunday, 6-8 p.m., and Monday at The stake center, 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. grave side services and interment will be held at the Montpelier Cemetery at 5:00 p.m.
