Irene Jessop Baker, age 85, died Oct 2, 1991 in Amarillo, Texas. She was the widow of John Homer Baker who preceded her in death in 1977. She was born May 18, 1906, in Shawnee County, Kansas, the daughter of James Anson Jessop and Minnie Sophia Hutchinson. She was the loving mother of four children: two sons, Robert H Baker (1930-2009) and James Richard Baker (1934-2002), and two daughters, Betty I Baker Smith and Linda Lu Baker Kellogg(1943~2014).
Irene was laid to rest beside her husband in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Topeka, Kansas.
